Bailey Films, located in Fredericksburg, VA, is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business launched in 2005 by owner and senior producer Reid Bailey. 

Reid’s experience in video production and independent filmmaking stretches back more than 10 years.  In 2004 the Arkansas chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators awarded Bailey Films the Bronze Quill in the category of business communications for a corporate training video that employees were actually asking to watch.   

Reid Bailey is a proud veteran of the United States Army who enjoyed tours of service across the United States and in Germany.  When not producing films and video, he supports law enforcement by working as a role player at the FBI and DEA academies in new agent training.

Andy Revelos, Senior Camera. Andy studied video production at the Defense Information School in Fort Meade, Maryland. After being promoted to station Production Chief in 2003, Revelos won 1^st place for the services- wide Thomas Jefferson Award in the Television Report category. Other awards include respective 1^st and 2^nd place finishes in the 2003 and 2002 Combat Correspondents’ Association Merit Award.

In 2003, Revelos was chosen from a Marine Corps- wide roster of combat cameramen to work on the Movietone II project. Acting as non- commissioned officer in charge, Revelos’ team was embedded with the 1^st Marine Expeditionary Force and documented the unit’s advance from Kuwait to Baghdad.
